Tags

Tags let you label a user with a word and then use this in All ratings and the leaderboard to filter the statistics.  For example, you can use tags for different departments like sales, marketing, development, etc...  This way, you can see how your departments are doing.

New frameworks

This release introduces new frameworks for evalyou8 that improve the performance and stability of the app.

Updated custom date range picker

We have made some changes to the custom date range picker to make it more user-friendly. Now, the picker automatically selects the current date and lets you easily choose the start and end dates.

Sort/Filter improvements

The Sort/Filter feature has been enhanced when you use the Search for User or Search for Customer options. You can now search for the user or customer.

Minor UI changes

The user interface has some minor tweaks based on the new frameworks. You may notice some minor changes in the colours and text entry areas.

Feedback form customiser

This release adds a new feature which allows limited customisations the feedback form. You can change the following:

• Logo
• Logo background
• Background colour or use a background image
• Change the How did I do text
• Change text for Happy, Satisfied, Poor
• When using the Icon template, you can change the icon images

The customiser also allows you to customise feedback forms for all our supported languages.

Redirect to Self

Added a new option to allow the feedback form after submitting feedback to redirect back to itself. This is useful in situations where the form is running on a tablet as kiosk to leave feedback.
